Arrival & Departure:
Your accommodation at the Bell Motor Inn will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed.

No Check-ins after 9PM.

Guarantee Policy:
Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed or 2 days prior to arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details as a “guarantee of arrival”. (Note: You must use a credit card to guarantee an online booking)

Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival time will receive a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival day.

No-Shows will be charged for the first night's tariff in full.

Wotif bookings cannot be canceled by us. you must contact Wotif directly.
